  This web application (hereinafter, the “App”) aims to facilitate the management of dog and cat adoption processes between interested users and registered animal shelters.

  Use of this App implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the App.

• 2. User Registration

  To use certain functionalities of the App (such as requesting adoptions or communicating with shelters), the user must register by providing their name and email address. The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is truthful, complete, and up-to-date.

• 3. Adoption Requests

  Users can submit adoption requests for animals listed by shelters. To do so, they must fill out a preliminary form with relevant information about their lifestyle, experience with animals, and preferences.

  Shelters can access these responses solely to evaluate the suitability of the adoption. Each shelter is responsible for managing the status of requests (approved, rejected, pending, etc.).

• 4. Use of Chat

  The app has a messaging system between the requesting user and members of the corresponding shelter. Users must be cautious and responsible with the personal information they share via chat.

• 5. User Conduct

  The user agrees to use the App lawfully and respectfully, avoiding:

  • Submitting false or fraudulent data.

  • Sharing offensive, illegal, defamatory or inappropriate content.

  • Using the App for purposes unrelated to adoption or animal welfare.

  Violation of these rules may result in suspension or deletion of the user’s account.

• 6. Liability

  The App acts as an intermediary between users and shelters, without assuming responsibility for final adoption decisions or interactions that take place outside the platform.

  Each shelter is responsible for the information it publishes and for managing its adoption processes.

  The App does not guarantee that all published animals are available at all times.

• 7. Intellectual Property

  All content of the App (texts, images, design, code, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Pepanimal or their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

• 8. Account Deletion

  The user may delete their account at any time from their profile. This action will delete all user-associated data, including forms and conversations.

• 9. Modifications

  We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of significant changes, registered users will be notified.

• 10. Governing Law
